ps I nominating myself is against the rules then I apologise, these kind of awards things are a bit of a joke in my opinion as it just comes down to who sings loudest anyway, just thought it would be an interesting experiment in singing loudly

There are precedents for giving yourself an award. Michelle Tempest was judge and jury for the Iain Dale top medical blogs.
Indeed. From what I've seen the blogging awards seem to be nothing more than a guide to the number of readers a blog has and whether the blogger links the award thingy up to their blog!
